How to cook pelmeni in proper way

  1. Bip pan minimum 3 liter boiling salty water for maximum 0,5 kilo product.

  2. Put pelmeni into boiling water, mix a little so they do not stick and close the lid, wait until water with pelmeni boiling again and cook them for 5 minutes maximum.

  3. Take them out gently put a bit butter on top and bon appetite! they work great with sauerrahm or yoghurt.
